Technical Working Student in Product Development

What you will do

• Location: Goor
• Hours: 24 hours per week (3 days)
• Salary: €15,75 per hour
• Period: Summer vacation with the possibility of extension through December

As a technical working student, you will become part of a multidisciplinary development team where technology, innovation, and product development come together. You will primarily support the mechanical engineering department and have the opportunity to contribute to the development of an advanced medical product that is currently being prepared for the launch of a new generation.

You will work on various stages of the development and production process. This will give you insight not only into engineering, but also into testing, process development, and production preparation.

This is what you will do:

• Support product development and technical improvements
• Perform and document tests and verifications
• Prepare technical documentation and work instructions
• Contribute ideas on production processes and process optimization
• Design and test tools for production and verification
• Update technical drawings and product specifications
• Support the validation of processes and product components
• Collaborate with engineers across different technical disciplines

What we ask of you

You are curious about technology, enjoy thinking in solutions, and want to gain practical experience in a development environment.

• You are pursuing a technical degree at a university of applied sciences or university
• For example Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Technical Business Administration, Automotive or a similar field
• You are available at least three days per week
• You are analytical and work in a structured manner
• You learn quickly and like taking initiative
• You enjoy solving technical issues
• Knowledge of 3D CAD software is a plus
• Experience with 3D printing techniques is an advantage
