What you will do
ASA Talent is offering a part-time customer service role in a small, informal team in the field of plastic window frames, doors and dormer windows.
- Hours: Part-time, 10–12 hours per week.
- Location: On site at the office, later partly hybrid. The city is not provided.
- Hourly pay: €15–€18 per hour.
You will call warm leads who requested a quote through the website, ask questions to understand their needs, schedule appointments for an advice meeting at the customer’s home and keep the schedule up to date. You will work largely independently, with regular meetings and coaching where needed. Your hours are arranged in consultation, often at the start of the evening or on Saturday, and weekday daytime work is also possible.
Your tasks include:
- Calling warm leads who requested a quote and clearly mapping their wishes.
- Scheduling appointments at customers’ homes and keeping the tradespeople’s agenda well filled.
- Recording calls, appointments and customer details in the system, and working with email and Microsoft Office.
- Speaking to customers in a friendly way, answering questions and addressing doubts, even if someone initially says ‘no’.
- Calling customers after the installation of window frames or doors to ask about their experience and, where appropriate, request a review.
