Day-Shift Warehouse Worker

What you will do

As a warehouse worker, you will help keep the warehouse neat and organised and ensure that orders are processed correctly. You will work with colleagues so that all orders are dispatched on time.

Your duties include:

• Picking and checking orders;
• Preparing orders for shipment;
• Loading and unloading goods;
• Checking incoming goods and putting them in the correct place;
• Processing goods in the warehouse;
• Keeping the warehouse neat, safe and organised.

You work from Monday to Friday from 08:30 to 17:30. On Friday, you work shorter hours and can start your weekend on time.

Requirements

Motivation and a willingness to get hands-on are most important for this role. Experience is welcome but is not required.

• You are motivated and reliable;
• You work accurately;
• You are physically able to perform warehouse work;
• You work well with colleagues;
• Experience in logistics or a warehouse environment is preferred;
• A forklift or reach-truck certificate is an advantage but is not required.

About the company

You will work for a growing organisation in Enschede focused on the production and distribution of food products. Various products are processed and delivered from the Enschede location every day.

You will join a practical, collegial working environment where the work is handled together. There is room to learn the trade and develop further. If you already have experience with, for example, a forklift or reach truck, you can put that knowledge to good use here. If you do not yet have those certificates, that is not a problem; your motivation and commitment are more important.
