Sales Assistant / Keyholder, 32 Hours

Karwei Enschede-West is looking for a part-time sales assistant and keyholder. You combine customer advice on the shop floor with a coordinating role behind the scenes and on the floor. You independently open or close the store and support colleagues in an environment where atmosphere, service and cooperation come first.

Experience is welcome but not required. You learn in practice and are supported with the appropriate training.

What will you do?

• Inspire customers with advice on products, colours and applications.
• Think commercially based on customer questions and interior needs.
• Open or close the store as keyholder.
• Ensure a well-presented store and accurate stock.
• Work with colleagues and act as a point of contact on the shop floor.

What do you bring?

• A sense of responsibility and a proactive approach to work.
• An affinity with commercial customer advice, atmosphere and home living.
• Curiosity about building materials or a willingness to learn about them.
• Retail experience or talent for supervision is an advantage.
• A BHV certificate or willingness to obtain one.
• Good command of Dutch and flexible availability during the day, evening and weekend.
