Are you looking for a part-time job where you make a lot of calls, have a say in your own schedule, and directly contribute to keeping the installers' schedule full?

As a customer service representative, you work in a small, informal team in the world of plastic window frames, doors, and dormer windows. Of course, daytime hours on weekdays are also possible!

What you will do:

  • Calling lukewarm leads who have requested a quote and clearly mapping out their wishes.
  • Scheduling appointments at customers' homes and ensuring that the tradespeople's schedule is well filled.
  • Recording conversations, appointments, and customer details in the system, and working with email and Microsoft Office.
