What will you do exactly?
As a hospitality account manager, you contribute to the success of our restaurant partners by guiding them through their onboarding on our platform. You visit restaurants that have already shown interest and use your social and communication skills to ensure a positive start. You work independently and in a structured manner to ensure everything runs smoothly, while building long-term partnerships.
What you will do:
- Visiting: visiting restaurants on location to guide them through their onboarding;
- Explaining: clearly explaining our platform and how it can help them grow;
- Guiding: supporting new partners in successfully going live on our platform;
- Checking: ensuring all data is entered correctly and completely;
- Maintaining: ensuring a positive start and good cooperation with new partners.
